DesktopCal, Inc.("DesktopCal") attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. Before using the services or programs provided by DesktopCal, please read carefully the following statements.

Collection of Information
DesktopCal may collect your personal information when you voluntarily opt to use our services, programs or provide us with your personal information.
This includes certain information such as your first and last name, gender, language, country, e-mail address, ID number, SNS (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus) Account Information, and birth date, as well as information about each Member's use of DesktopCal features (collectively, "Membership Information"). The above mentioned information is collected in the registration process and in the user preferences setup that you will go through when customizing DesktopCal to your use.
We may use your personal information to communicate with you, and may send certain mandatory service communications to you, such as notification, information on technical service issues, and security announcements. We may also occasionally send you product surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from DesktopCal and its affiliates.
